Fiona O’Donnell specialises in Mindfulness in the Workplace, offering specialised Attention Training & Emotional Resilience programmes for the workplace as well as offering 8 week MBCT mindfulness courses to people with low mood, anxiety, pain and sleep problems.

Fiona also offers 1 to 1 mindfulness coaching and training to athletes, musicians and the general public.

Fiona has completed a Master’s degree in Mindfulness Based Approaches (Faculty of Psychology). She is a Lecturer on the UCD MSc. in Mindfulness and a Teacher Trainer on The Mindfulness Centre’s Professional Diploma (MBSR).

Fiona is a trained teacher in Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) with The Centre for Mindful Self Compassion (Dr Kristin Neff), She has also completed Positive Neuroplasticity Professional Training with Dr Rick Hanson.
